Key Responsibilities

As a Travel Physical Therapist in our Home Health division, you will:

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes, developing personalized care plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and health maintenance

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current PT licensure in the state of Texas
• Experience in a Home Health setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
